Yes. We offer day-use rentals (6-hour or 8-hour slots) for pool parties, birthday gatherings, pre-wedding shoots, corporate events and more. Starting from ₹12,000 per slot. Check availability on WhatsApp.

A refundable security deposit and a partial advance (typically 25–30% of the rental amount) are collected to confirm the booking. The balance is paid before check-in. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and online payment. No surprise charges.

Cancellations made 7+ days before check-in receive a full advance refund. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a partial retention (typically 50% of advance). Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) may forfeit the advance. We always try to accommodate genuine emergencies — just WhatsApp us and we'll work something out.

Yes. Access to the private pool is included in all rental types — overnight stays, weekend rentals, and day-use event slots. The pool is cleaned before every check-in / event. You never share it with another group.

Absolutely. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen — gas hobs, microwave, utensils, and crockery. You're welcome to self-cook. We can also arrange catering (local Rajasthani, North Indian, and continental menus) — just let us know at the time of booking.

The 3-bedroom option comfortably fits up to 10 guests for an overnight stay. The full 5-bedroom estate accommodates up to 15 overnight guests. For day events (no overnight stay), the lawn can host up to 50 guests. WhatsApp us for larger requirements.

Yes, free on-property parking is included for all rental guests. We can accommodate multiple cars and a mini-bus. No external parking hassles.

Yes, that's one of our most popular use cases. You can host birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, and small celebrations during any rental. We allow décor, catering, and music (within reasonable hours). External decorators and caterers are welcome on the property.

We welcome well-behaved pets. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can make appropriate arrangements. A small additional cleaning charge may apply.
